The maker
Every mould, filled by hand
Modak Ghar started at home, with one steel mould and a love for the smell of tempered chocolate. Today every piece — rose, shell, leaf, or the classic modak point — is still poured, set and packed by hand, in small batches so nothing sits on a shelf too long.
No two trays look exactly alike, and that's the point: this is a person making your sweets, not a factory.
